CGS Beverage Body Kit could be delivered fully assembled or as a SKD Kit System. The advantage of CGS Aluminum Beverage Body is the floor and structural design which makes it possible to fit the floor panel directly on the truck chassis without a subframe resulting in lower loading height.

All Aluminum profiles are extruded of high tensile alloy, fitting elements are mostly bolts and stainless steel rivets.

Aluminum floor boards and other aluminum bottom frames are equipped with an inter-connectable joint system which reduces stress concentration and increases the load capacity.
