عصمت السعدي هو راعي ومؤسس (سي جي اس). وهو طيار محترف، بدأ حياته المهنية في القوات الجوية في عام 1959، واستمر في الخدمة حتى عام 1971، عندما غادر وهو في منصب قائد سرب ومدير عمليات. ثم انضم لاحقًا إلى شركة نورثروب، الذي عمل فيها لمدة عام قبل أن ينتقل إلى شركة عبد اللطيف جميل، حيث تم تعيينه مديرًا عامًا لشاحنات تويوتا ومان.

خلال تلك الفترة (1975)، كان السيد جرونينفيلدر في زيارة إلى الرياض حيث التقى بالسيد السعدي و أعرب عن رغبته في الانضمام إلى السيد جرونينفيلدر. وأخيرًا - وفي السادس والعشرين من فبراير عام 1976- تم توقيع خطاب إعلان نوايا لشركة مشتركة تحت اسم "(سي جي اس) كوناتو- جرونينفيلدر- السعدي".

Marcel Grünenfelder, the eldest of the three children of the late Albert Grünenfelder, has shaped CGS for almost 50 years. Shortly after the company was founded, he followed his father’s footsteps and joined CGS in 1981 as a Workshop Manager. With his expertise as an engineer specialized in commercial vehicles, he spearheaded the expansion of the CGS Group and successfully established the branch in Jeddah, 1983. Since then Marcel Grünenfelder has strongly influenced and continued to lead the company as Managing Director to where it stands today. 2018, he passed the baton to a Group CEO. Since then, 67-year-old Marcel Grünenfelder represents the interests of GK Grünenfelder International AG as a member of the CGS Board of Directors.

In Switzerland, Marcel serves as the Chairman of the Board and, along with his brother Albert, is the third-generation owner of GK Grünenfelder AG - the 75-year-old Swiss vehicle manufacturer.

بعد إكمال دراسته الجامعية، حصل السيد سنان على شهادة البكالوريوس في المالية والاقتصاد من جامعة بوسطن، أمضى السيد سنان ثلاث سنوات ونصف في البنك الأهلي التجاري. ثم أسس شركة "إن واي جيه | NYJCo"، وهي شركة لتوزيع الأغذية والمشروبات الفاخرة مقرها في دبي، وتوزع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، بالإضافة إلى منفذ بيع بالتجزئة للشركة في جدة والذي يركز على المنتجات المتميزة مثل الشاي والسكر والماء.

وفي عام 2007، أسس سنان شركة (سيكيورمي | SeQureMe)، وهي شركة لإدارة الأصول وحمايتها – تقوم ببيع الأجهزة والبرامج التي تحمي العديد من شركات النقل والمؤسسات المالية ووكالات تأجير السيارات. كما أسس شركة ( سيكيورسيلرز | SeQureSales)، وهي شركة مبيعات مباشرة تضم 170 وكيل مبيعات/موزع بين جدة والرياض والدمام. وتعمل الشركة كطرف ثالث في المصارف، وتتعامل مع بيع بطاقات الائتمان وقروض السيارات والقروض الشخصية والتمويل/الرهن العقاري.

واستمرارًا لمسيرته الريادية مع مشاريعه التجارية الأخرى، أصبح سنان اليوم عضوًا نشطًا في مجلس الإدارة، ويلعب السيد/ سنان دورًا رئيسيًا في العمليات التجارية اليومية لـ ( سي جي اس) بجانب السيد/ مارسيل جرونينفيلدر.

Albert Grünenfelder, the youngest of three children of the late Albert Grünenfelder, was born in 1965. He began his career in 1981 at GK Grünenfelder AG, his father's company in Switzerland, where he held various positions. In 1990, he obtained his Swiss Federal Diploma as a certified vehicle designer.

Since 2005, Albert has served as the CFO of GK Grünenfelder AG, significantly contributing to the company's financial stability and strategic direction. With his extensive experience and expertise, he shapes the growth and development of the Swiss vehicle manufacturer.

In addition to his role at GK Grünenfelder, Albert Grünenfelder serves as a board member of the CGS Group, alongside his brother Marcel, where they contribute to the international presence and strategy of the company.
