Reefer Trailer
CGS Reefer Trailers are designed to maintain a specific temperature to keep the cargo fresh on arrival. Refrigerated trailers are used for perishable cargo, such as fruit and vegetables, that needs to arrive in prime condition.
Assembly methodology of CGS Reefer Trailers makes its structure robust and friction free. Innovative technology is used to avoid penetrating of panels through other conventional fastening methods such as rivets, bolts etc.
CGS follows al the guidelines set forward by SASO regulations particularly for the safety standards while designing our Trailers.

Floor - floor top on Birch Finn plywood. 90 mm thick Styrofoam insulation. 6.5 mm Birch Finn plywood glued with white polyester pre painted G.I. sheet bottom. 300 mm height aluminum kick plate.
Outer and inner skin white polyester pre painted G.I. sheet.
